Bringing over a decade of high-level experience in tourism and OTAs, his vision is to create interconnected businesses that actively improve people's lives. A relentless lifelong learner, Salmane's passions range from hospitality management and advanced data science to history and biology. When he isn't steering the company's vision, he enjoys discovering and wandering through beautiful destinations, reading, and maintaining a highly active lifestyle through swimming, working out, and playing table tennis.

Hicham Mouaataqid is the disciplined core of our driving team. With a proud military background and extensive experience across hotels and tourism transportation, his dedication to service is unmatched. He approaches his work with the same strict commitment as his daily fitness routine: he never misses a beat, ensuring perfectly timed airport transfers and leading unforgettable, top-rated excursions. To say Hicham is just part of the team would be an understatement. EXVAL is a family, and he is the big brother.

Naama Abah is EXVAL’s resident "car doctor." With a formal educational background in mechanics, he brings invaluable technical expertise to the team, expertly diagnosing and monitoring our vehicles to ensure the highest safety standards on the road. Beyond his technical skills, Naama is our highly dedicated night professional. Whenever clients have late-night airport arrivals, Naama is the reliable face waiting at the terminal with a welcome sign, ready to greet them with a warm smile and exceptional care.

Mahdi Qouanane is a professional of many talents. Watching his incredible work ethic as he seamlessly handles back-to-back transfers, you might never guess that this dedicated driver is also a gifted singer. Mahdi brings a wealth of diverse hospitality experience to EXVAL, having successfully transitioned from the demanding culinary and hotel industries into tourism transportation. With six years of dedicated experience under his belt, he knows the transport business inside and out, making him an invaluable asset to our operations and our clients.

Soufiane’s path to EXVAL was paved with grit and diverse experiences, ranging from delivery services to bartending, before he built a successful career in tourism transport. That dynamic, hard-earned journey didn't just give him a unique perspective; it forged a resourceful, innovative thinker who stands today as one of EXVAL’s foundational pillars

Speaks Spanish and known for his exceptionally smooth, professional driving style, Idriss is the perfect guide for extended tours across the wonders of Morocco. Highly flexible and deeply reliable, he is ready to provide top-tier service whether he is scheduled for a day or night shift. Outside of work, Idriss is deeply passionate about fitness and swimming. Achraf Zamzami brings a unique international perspective to the EXVAL team, having launched his professional driving career during a six-year tenure in Russia. Upon returning to Morocco, he expanded his expertise by working across multiple esteemed tourism establishments. This diverse background has allowed him to master every essential skill required of a top-tier tourism driver, ensuring a seamless, highly professional experience for every passenger he guides.
