Is my reservation confirmed immediately?
No. This form sends an enquiry. EXVAL checks availability, confirms the details and sends payment instructions. Your request alone does not reserve a vehicle, room or activity.
How does the price change?
Configured tour and transfer rates depend on passenger count. Camel rides can be priced per participant per hour; quads and buggies per vehicle per hour. Where a rate is not set, we prepare a personalised quote.
Can I customise this experience?
Yes. Tell us your preferred start point, hotel category, extra stops and interests in the reservation notes. We will confirm feasibility and any price change.
How do I pay?
After confirmation, a 30% deposit is requested. The balance is paid on arrival using the agreed cash or card method. Visa, Mastercard and PayPal arrangements are confirmed by our team; this form does not charge your card.
