Where do I meet my driver at Marrakech airport?
After passport control, baggage collection and customs, go to arrivals exit and look for a sign with the EXVAL logo. If you cannot find your driver, stay near the arrivals exit and contact +212 610 880 980. Other airports have their own confirmed meeting points.
Can I book a route that is not listed?
Yes. Select Custom Private Transfer and enter your complete pickup and drop-off addresses, including the cities. Choose one-way or return travel and add any stops in your notes. We check the route and quote it individually.
How much luggage can I bring?
Select 1–8 bags on the form and describe their sizes or any special equipment in the notes. We match the vehicle to your group and bags before confirmation. Selecting a quantity does not guarantee it will fit every model; ask for a custom arrangement if you need more than eight bags.
Can I request a child seat or extra assistance?
Yes. Use the child-seat request field and tell us the children’s ages in your notes. Let us know about mobility needs or assistance before confirmation. Equipment, vehicle access and any extra costs must be agreed with our team.
What happens if my flight is late?
Send your flight number when booking and tell us about changes or delays. Our team coordinates the pickup with you. The included waiting allowance and any extra charges are confirmed in your quotation; there is no automatic promise of unlimited waiting.
Can my driver reach my riad door?
Some medina streets are pedestrian-only. Share the riad’s name and full address so we can agree the nearest accessible pickup or drop-off. Porter assistance is separate unless it is expressly included.
Is transport private?
Your confirmed private transport is for your party. Some venues or activities may be shared, such as a standard balloon basket or a dinner camp. Tell us if you require an exclusive experience so we can check availability and price.
Can I choose camel riding, quads and buggies separately?
Yes. Tick only the activities you want and choose the participants, hours and vehicle quantities. You can combine all three. For Agafay Night Pass, dinner and return transport form the base; selected activities are added to it.
When is my reservation confirmed?
Submitting the form sends a request. Our team checks availability and confirms the service, itinerary, total, inclusions and payment instructions personally. The website does not instantly reserve accommodation, a vehicle or an activity.
How do deposits and payments work?
After confirmation, a 30% deposit is requested. The balance is paid by the agreed cash or card method on arrival. EXVAL provides the relevant Visa, Mastercard or PayPal payment instructions; this enquiry form does not collect card information.
Can the long tours be adapted?
Yes. Tell us your arrival and departure cities, preferred hotel or camp category, pace and interests. We can propose extra nights or different stops and confirm any price difference before booking.
How are Jewish heritage visits arranged?
We request suitable guiding and access for your chosen dates, respecting religious observance. Share personal interests, Shabbat requirements and dietary needs early. Religious-site entry and kosher meals are included only when explicitly confirmed.
What are the cancellation terms?
Your written quotation sets out the cancellation and rescheduling conditions for the service and its suppliers. Ask for these before paying a deposit. Weather-sensitive activities may have separate conditions.
