1. Choose your experience
Open any service and select “Request this trip”. Your service is filled in automatically. Add your date, group size, 1–8 bags, complete pickup and drop-off addresses, and contact details. For custom transfers, select one-way or return travel.
2. Receive your confirmed quotation
Our team checks availability and agrees the itinerary, price, inclusions, accommodation, vehicle and cancellation conditions with you. Displayed estimates are subject to this confirmation.
3. Pay your deposit
A 30% deposit is requested after confirmation. The remaining balance is paid on arrival by cash or an agreed card method. Visa, Mastercard and PayPal payment instructions are provided by EXVAL. There is no card collection or instant checkout on this enquiry form.
Changes & cancellations
Ask for the applicable cancellation schedule before paying. Refund conditions depend on the confirmed service and any supplier commitments; no general free-cancellation promise applies.
